DESCRIPTION:\nThe Charlatans return to our country after many years, on Saturday, October 17, at Floyd Live Music Venue. \n\n\n\nOne of the bands that defined the Madchester wave, alongside the Stone Roses, Happy Mondays and Inspiral Carpets, The Charlatans not only carved out their own unique path, but also continued to star in the years of Britpop, along with names such as Oasis, Blur and Pulp. More than 35 years after their beginnings, they remain just as creative, bold and absolutely alive.\n\n\n\nWith 14 albums, three of which reached No. 1 in the UK charts, 22 Top 40 hits and songs that marked an entire era, The Charlatans continue to create with the same inspiration and take the stage with the same inexhaustible energy.\n\n\n\nClassic songs such as “The Only One I Know”, “Weirdo”, “One to Another”, “North Country Boy”, “How High” and “My Beautiful Friend” confirm the timeless value of a catalog that left an indelible mark on the British guitar scene. At the same time, the constant evolution of their sound has never allowed them to be trapped in a specific musical trend, keeping them unique to this day.\n\n\n\nAlbums like “Some Friendly“ (1990), “Between 10th and 11th“ (1992), “The Charlatans“ (1995) and “Tellin’ Stories“ (1997) sound just as compelling today, while their most recent releases, “Different Days“ (2017) and “We Are Love” (2025), prove that this is a band that still has substance, inspiration and creative drive. We will experience all of this up close on the Floyd stage, in an evening full of timeless songs, with one of the most important British bands of the last four decades.\n\n\n\nTickets go on sale on Thursday, July 2nd at 12:00, for €39 for a limited number of tickets.
