Legendary Slipknot Festival in Germany for the first time in 2022

10 years after the first edition of the Knotfest in the USA and outstanding editions in Japan and Latin America, the legendary Slipknot Festival is coming to Germany for the first time in 2022. With Knotfest Germany, Slipknot, probably the most creative and visionary metal & rock band of the last two decades, present their unique audiovisual festival experience to German fans for the first time. The premiere will take place on July 30th in and at the Rudolf Weber-ARENA in Oberhausen.

A total of 10 bands and artists will perform at Knotfest Germany on a spectacular open-air stage and a second main stage in the arena. In addition, the complete Slipknot Museum will be presented on site and selected arts & culture installations as well as gastronomy offers will make Knotfest Germany an extraordinary happening for up to 25,000 festival visitors.

In addition to the festival headliner and curator Slipknot, two further musically extraordinary acts were confirmed at the pre-sale start with the Swedish hard'n'heavy icons In Flames and the American metal rap phenomenon Ghostemane.
