All tickets are valid for Summer Well 2021.
However, if for any reason you cannot attend the event this year, we offer you the option of converting your Summer Well 2021 ticket into Summer Well 2022 ticket.
You can submit your request by filling this form until July 4, 2021.
Refund info:
If you didn't transform your ticket into a voucher until 18 July 2020, your ticket was automatically converted into a ticket for Summer Well 2021. You can no longer request a refund now.
For those who already requested a voucher, here’s everything you need to know further:
● If you chose to convert your ticket into a voucher, then you can use the voucher on summerwell.ro until 30 September 2021 to purchase things like: Festival tickets (Summer Well 2021 and even Summer Well 2022 - when it will be available), Camping tickets, Upgrades or Merchandise items.
● If you don’t use the voucher until 30 September 2021, you can expect a refund until 31 December 2021.
● Neither the festival ticket nor the camping ticket are nominal. So, you can transfer them to anyone. The voucher system and refund policy are in agreement with the Romanian authorities, Order no. 70 of May 14, 2020, Art 32.
