Prognosis is an “indoor” music festival for classic and modern prog, that is held in Eindhoven and for the first time in 2023 will also have an edition in the United Kingdom.
The first edition of the festival in 2019 includes Devin Townsend, TesseracT, Hacken, Leprous, Witchcraft, Soen, sleepmakeswaves, COG, the Gathering, Green Carnation, Alex Skolnick Trio, Jo Quail and etc. In 2020 and 2021 there is no edition of Prognosis and the reasons behind that are more than clear. The second edition in 2022 includes bands such as Katatonia, Leprous, Enslaved, The Ocean Collective, Long Distance Calling, Cellar Darling, Focus, Magic Pie, Ross Jennings, Novena, Scarlet Stories, Wheel and others.

The edition in Eindhoven in 2023 includes names like Riverside, Zeal & Ardor, Soen, Einar Solberg, Voivod, pg.lost, Astronoid, Rosalie Cunningham, Ithaca, Fixation, O_R_k, LizZard, Vitam Aeternam, Hippotraktor, Obsidious and Enma.
The curious thing in this years’ edition is the two shows of the magical supergroup Soen – one performance with their normal set and on the second day – the acoustic set from “Atlantis”!
The first British edition of Prognosis will take place a week later on the 22-nd and 23-rd of April 2023 in Indigo at The O2 with performances by Hawkwind, Riverside, Soen, Einar Solberg, Voivod, Astronoid, Rosalie Cunningham, Ithaca, Fixation, O_R_k, LizZard, Sylvaine, Cobra The Impaler and Core of iO.
